For 37 years, D.P.S has been a beacon of progressive education, where academic excellence meets character development.
Founded in 1987 by educators Dr. Margaret Chen and James Whitmore, D.P.S began with 47 students in a converted manor house. Their vision: to create a school where children learn by doing, thinking, and caring.
By 1995, we became one of the first schools in the region to offer the Cambridge International curriculum. The 2005 campus expansion added our science centre and performing arts theatre. In 2015, we achieved IB World School status.
Today, our 15-acre woodland campus serves 1,240 students from 42 nations, yet we maintain the family atmosphere of our founding years.
To cultivate curious, compassionate, and courageous learners who make meaningful contributions to a rapidly changing world.
To be the region's most innovative school, where every child discovers their purpose and develops the skills to pursue it.
Integrity, curiosity, respect, resilience, and global citizenship guide everything we do.

"Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself. At D.P.S, we don't just teach subjects—we nurture thinkers, creators, and leaders. When you walk our halls, you'll hear debate, laughter, music, and the quiet hum of discovery. That's the sound of children becoming their best selves."
